OUR NEW HOME IS SO MUCH MORE THAN A BUILDING UPGRADE.

Relocating from 295 to 311 N. Lindbergh Blvd. offers extra square footage, but this move is really about …

  • Expanding our impact with bigger, more flexible meeting, gathering, and retail spaces, so we can do more programming and reach more people.

  • Deepening our roots in St. Louis and gaining more opportunities to strengthen our connections to our community partners.

  • Living our values of inclusivity, accessibility, and care by providing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant facilities throughout the new building.

  • Creating a stronger Jewish community with a new home that lets us connect, gather, dream, and grow together.

This move reflects who we are: bold, compassionate, and ready for what’s next.

OUR VISION

for our new home includes …

  • A bigger and better Resale Shop space that welcomes more customers and honors all the contributions we receive.

  • Additional office and event spaces that welcome our priceless volunteers, our community partners, and our growing staff.

  • Ample meeting spaces to craft the critical advocacy and programmatic work that is our hallmark.

  • A building that is fully ADA compliant and accessible, including the addition of an elevator to make all our spaces available to everyone.

  • Increased parking and security features to keep all who work with us safe.

THE IMPACT OF THE NEW BUILDING WILL BE SUBSTANTIAL.

  • The launch of Courts Matter, a new initiative that deploys trained court observers to monitor proceedings and help ensure that survivors of domestic violence are treated with dignity and that their legal rights are upheld, while also educating the public about judicial nominations and court decisions that affect us all.

  • 1,200 more elementary and middle school students will have access to the Kids Community Closet, with year-round modern clothing and hygiene supplies, serving 36 schools, up from 33.

  • 200 more children will receive the school supplies they need to succeed, and all of their families will be welcomed into our Family Resource Center - meaning 2,300 children and 4,200 families each year can access free dental care, eye screenings, and other essential services.

  • Expanded storage and processing capacity at The Resale Shop, enabling us to accept more donations, serve more shoppers, and generate more revenue to fuel NCJWSTL’s core mission.

  • Two additional support groups for Wife Widow Woman, led by licensed professionals, so more women can receive expert support as they navigate grief and life after loss.

  • Increased membership and stronger community partnerships, reduced duplication of services, and all of NCJWSTL’s programs working in harmony under one roof, positioning us to serve far more than the 32,000 people we reach today.

This is a historic moment. With your support, NCJWSTL’s new space will not just be bigger; it will be a powerful engine for innovation, collaboration, and life-changing impact for women, children, and families across our community.

GOALS + PROGRESS

As of July 2026, we’ve raised $4.8 million toward our $5.4 million goal — which has allowed us to purchase our new building and begin the renovation process.  So many opportunities remain for you to make a difference!

With your help, we can transform 311 N. Lindbergh Blvd. into a home that inspires generations of NCJWSTL members and their families to help make lasting, transformative changes in the lives of women, children, and families. Together, we will:

  • Complete the full building renovation, including the installation of an elevator, to ensure everyone has access to all our incredible programs and offerings.

  • Purchase, install, and maintain the security systems we need in this time of rising antisemitic violence, following the recommendations of the Jewish Federation’s community security expert.

  • Design and outfit our new spaces, including state-of-the-art technology, to meet the ever-changing needs of our community.
